Priyansh Animations (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website at https://www.priyansh.net and provides access to digital products and services subject to the conditions set out below. By accessing or using this site you agree to be bound by all conditions presented here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised terms with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. If you are under 18, you may browse the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf, but purchases require you to be of legal age.

By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation.

Your use of the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using the site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. You may receive transactional emails (order confirmations, download links) as part of the service; these are not optional. Marketing emails require separate opt-in consent.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell or commercially exploit the site or its content
• Collect or harvest personally identifiable information from the site
• Use data mining, scraping, robots, or similar automated tools
• Frame or enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary content without our written consent
• Use meta tags or hidden text incorporating our name or trademarks without our written consent
• Register a business, domain, or social handle that incorporates our name or trademarks
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Any unauthorised use automatically terminates the licence.

To purchase products or access your order history, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. All activity using valid credentials is attributed to the account holder.

All site content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Priyansh Animations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Digital products sold on this site (rendered video files, project source files, and related assets) are licensed, not sold, to you under the following terms:

• You may use delivered video files in personal and commercial projects (YouTube channels, social media, events, films, and similar).
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share raw project files or source assets with third parties.
• You may not use delivered assets as the basis of a competing template product or service.
• The licence is non-exclusive — we may sell the same template to other customers.

If you submit content to the site (reviews, custom-order briefs, feedback), that content is considered non-confidential. By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, copy, modify, publish, and distribute it for purposes related to operating and improving our services.

You warrant that you own or control all rights to submitted content, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (including VAT for EU/UK customers) may be added at checkout based on your location.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We never store your full card number. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order we have already charged, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

However, this right does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium where:

• performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and
• the consumer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost.

By placing an order and checking the acknowledgement box at checkout, you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begin immediately upon payment, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you.

If you are an EU or UK consumer and have not yet downloaded or accessed the purchased files, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting us before accessing the files.

General policy: Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once the file has been made available for download.

EU / UK statutory rights: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under EU or UK consumer law. In particular, if the digital content does not conform to the contract (e.g. the file is corrupt, the wrong template was delivered, or it does not match its description), you are entitled to:

• a remedy (repair or replacement) at no cost to you, or
• a full or partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible or is not provided within a reasonable time.

To report a defect or delivery issue, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

Except as required by applicable consumer law, this site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be continuously available or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site — with or without notice — for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law in your country of residence, and nothing in these terms overrides those protections.

EU residents may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
