How does your service work?

First, select your intros from our huge library. For each intro, enter the title, subtitle, and any other requirements, you can also add comments at checkout. We manually craft each intro based on your requirements and make it as cool as possible. Once complete, your intros are delivered as .mp4 files to your email and account dashboard.

Will my finished intro have a watermark or branding?

Accepted Answer

Never! We do not place any kind of branding, watermark, symbol, or logo on the intros delivered to you.

Why is there a character limit on titles and subtitles?

Accepted Answer

Each intro is unique. Some don't have enough space for longer text, some have effects that won't work with long titles, and some will look visually cluttered. We strive to create the most beautiful intro possible for you. If your title or subtitle exceeds our limits, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Can I see how my intro will look before ordering?

We work hard to create the best intro possible for you. Most intro pages include a 'Samples' tab where you can view examples of our past work. If you're still unsure, contact us and we'll create a free sample screenshot featuring your title and subtitle.

Where do I enter my title, subtitle, and other requirements?

Accepted Answer

You can enter your title, subtitle, and requirements directly on each intro's page. All requirements can also be added at checkout. If you prefer, you can contact us with your requirements after placing your order.

Are there intros available that aren't listed on the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can find additional intros on our YouTube channel. Please contact us to purchase any intros not listed on our website.

Question 7

Do you create fully custom intros?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we create custom intros on request. Please contact us with your concept, style references, and any other details, and we'll get back to you with a quote.

How do I share images or videos needed for my intro?

Accepted Answer

For intros that require custom images or videos, upload your files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and share the link in the requirements at checkout. You can also email us the link after placing your order.

How and where will I receive my completed intro files?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is complete, you'll receive an order completion email. All your intros will be available in the Downloads section of your account dashboard. For guest orders, a download link valid for 7 days will be included in the completion email.

When will I receive my order?

We strive to deliver as fast as possible. Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Bulk orders may take additional time. If you need your order urgently, you can select Priority Delivery at checkout.

I haven't received a confirmation or delivery email, what should I do?

Emails from us are typically sent within a minute. If you haven't received anything after a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If found, move the email to your inbox and add us as a contact to ensure future emails aren't missed.

What payment methods do you support?

Accepted Answer

We use Stripe as our payment processor, supporting Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Cash App Pay, and bank debits (e.g., ACH, SEPA). We do not support PayPal or Venmo. If you're having trouble with payments or need an alternative method, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! Use 'BULK10' for a 10% discount on every intro in your cart for orders above $50. Use 'SWEET25' for a flat $25 discount on orders above $100. For large custom packages, please contact us for a tailored quote.

I placed an order by mistake, can I get a refund?

Don't worry, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out. If your order is still processing, we'll issue a full refund immediately, though a small non-refundable payment processing fee may apply to cover charges by Stripe.

Is my information safe?

Absolutely. We value your privacy and security. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, we do not store any sensitive payment information. The only detail we keep is your email address, used solely to deliver your order.
